Roadmap
What we're building next.
Valta is under active development. Below is our public roadmap organized by quarter. We ship incrementally and update this page as priorities evolve. Items in the current phase are actively being built or tested.
Q1 2026 — Current Phase
Multi-Agent Orchestration
Support for coordinating multiple AI agents under a single organizational account. Parent agents will be able to spawn child wallets, delegate budgets, and monitor sub-agent spending from a unified control plane. This lays the groundwork for complex autonomous workflows where multiple agents collaborate on a shared task with independent financial boundaries.
Team Wallets
Shared wallet pools for teams and organizations. Team wallets allow multiple users to contribute funds to a common balance, assign per-member spending limits, and track consumption by contributor. Designed for companies running agent fleets where centralized funding simplifies accounting and reduces operational overhead.
Q2 2026
AI Marketplace with Escrow
A marketplace where AI agents can transact with each other. Agent A can pay Agent B for a completed task, with funds held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. This enables autonomous agent-to-agent commerce — agents hiring other agents, purchasing data, or paying for specialized compute — all mediated by Valta wallets and verified through on-chain settlement.
Policy-Based Routing
Define routing rules that automatically direct agent requests to different providers based on cost, latency, or capability. A policy might route simple queries to a cheaper model and complex reasoning tasks to a premium provider. Policies are configured declaratively and enforced at the wallet level, giving organizations fine-grained control over how their AI budget is allocated across providers.
Q3 2026
Advanced Automation Engine
A programmable automation layer that lets you define triggers, conditions, and actions for wallet operations. Automatically top up a wallet when its balance drops below a threshold. Freeze an agent if its error rate spikes. Route funds between wallets on a schedule. The automation engine turns Valta from a payment tool into a financial operating system for AI workloads.
Cross-Chain Support
Expand beyond Ethereum and Base to support USDC on additional blockchain networks. Cross-chain deposits and withdrawals will be handled transparently — users fund their wallets from any supported chain, and Valta abstracts the bridging complexity. This reduces friction for teams already operating on specific chains and opens Valta to a broader ecosystem.
Q4 2026
Enterprise Features
Role-based access control, SSO integration, custom SLAs, and dedicated account management for large organizations. Enterprise accounts will have access to priority support, custom billing arrangements, and infrastructure guarantees. Designed for companies running hundreds or thousands of agents that require institutional-grade reliability and governance.
Compliance Tools
Built-in compliance reporting, tax documentation generation, and regulatory audit support. Valta will generate the reports organizations need to satisfy financial regulations, including transaction summaries, agent activity logs, and spend categorization. Compliance tools are designed in consultation with legal and accounting professionals to ensure they meet real-world requirements.
